I address the problem, and my customers are not dealing with a new face during each service visit. Large pest control companies have several employees, and unfortunately customers are dealing with new employees all of the time. As a result, their problems are not always handled correctly because it is not the same person handling the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Animal Control Officer in Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Applicator in the State of Massachusetts which requires that I attend Pest Control Courses to keep my license active.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do is bed bugs, ants, mice, rats and bees/hornets in the spring/summer season.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I started my business in 1999 and was working in the Pest Control industry since 1997. Prior to my Pest Control experience, I have worked in many phases of construction. Rodents and wild animals can cause extensive damage to homes and I am qualified to handle your pest control needs as well as make repairs to damaged areas.
