-Limitless patience imparting all the details of the facility we work in. -Joe is the lead electrician at the facility we work. He has never put himself on a pedestal over any of his colleagues. -His knowledge regarding hospital facilities goes beyond just electrical. He's involved with every trade, and knows the particulars surrounding all the other professions. -When there is a project that comes to his desk more often than not Joe do it himself. He presents us the option to work on it never making it mandatory. If we are currently engaged in something else he will proceed with the assignment without hesitation. -Joe conveys confident communication working with everybody. -I've been very fortunate to get an opportunity to learn every facet as a hospital facilities employee working along side of him.
