they were on time, got right to work and was finished in less than an hour. they walked me through how to set the bike and use it. They cleaned up the packing materials and box and took it to the trash dumpster for me. Just great.

Ralf was so responsive. He was in constant contact & came out the next day to assemble my bedroom furniture. Ikea sent some wrong pieces for the nightstand & he even offered to exchange it for me. He took the boxes with him so I didn’t have to worry about the clean up!
