We spare no expense when it comes to training our team. Our rigorous technical training on residential repairs in Maryland is just the beginning. Our technicians must complete 120 hours in the field and earn certification through the IDEA examination. To ensure sharpness, we also provide state-of-the-art in-house training bays. Continuous training is an ongoing part of our technicians' careers at Shamrock, so they can always perform their best.
