Requested appointment to deep clean kitchen and bathroom. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me for the next day at 4. The cleaner arrived a little after 3 when I was unavailable, and was told she was on her way for 4. She arrived almost 40 minutes late for the scheduled time. While she did an amazing job at the areas she touched, there were little areas I had to go back and clean, like cabinet shelves, toilet seat, and fridge. I tried to tell the owner my concerns, but she was quick to cut me off to say that she knew this woman for a long time and she was reliable and great. I didn’t have the time to wait for her to return and complete the cleaning and had no other days available, so I denied this when offered. There was no reduction in price or apologies for the lateness and incomplete cleaning. They were otherwise easy to work with.
