Ralph was responsive and very efficient after coming out on short notice to help us with numerous electrical issues (tripped circuit breaker, ceiling fan, loose wiring). He did great work and showed up the other electrician’s shortcomings. I’m going to have him come out and fix any other issues as well. He knows his stuff and don’t hesitate to hire him!

Ralph was very diligent with his work. He actually found additional issues with our electrical panel, on top of what we requested him for. But rather than just compiling a long list of work we need done, he went through each problem one by one and explained what needed to be done. That helped me understand what kind of future work we would need, and what other work we could wait on doing.

Ralph booked and finished repairs FAST, in under 24 hours, really amazing responsiveness, professionalism, and work quality. He repaired a number of electrical issues in a Providence apartment we were getting ready to rent out. Will definitely follow up with him for future work.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two types of pricing the first is a competitive pricing discount, which means any customer who can provide a written or online estimate from another electrician, I will then take that price and modify it to be lower by 10-15% guaranteed as long as the other person has a Valid electrcial license as I do! The second discount I offer is a first time customer discount which means if you a first time customer you will receive a 5-10% discount also with you first job request!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my apprenticeship I had to accrue 8,000 work hours in the electrcial field under the direct supervision of a master electrician, then while working daily I also underwent 600 hours in the classroom of electrcial curriculum, and Finally having to pass a state approved test to receive a electrcial license.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked throughout high school, then started my apprenticeship and went to school and took my licensing exam!
