What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LiveSettled services start at $55 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum booking. Your first hour is complimentary, making the minimum initial booking $165. Larger projects may qualify for a discounted full-day rate of $350. Pricing may vary depending on the scope and specific needs of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief introductory phone call so we can learn about your needs, your home, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we’ll assess the scope of the project and determine whether an in-home visit or a virtual Zoom consultation would be the best next step.
Once we understand the project, we’ll discuss the recommended services, pricing, and your preferred timeline. Together, we’ll determine the best time to get started and create a plan that works for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Paraprofessional Certificate. I also bring 9 years of experience in furniture, design, and retail, along with 12 years in education. My background has developed strong skills in organization, space planning, customer service, communication, and attention to detail—all of which directly support the services I provide through LiveSettled.
