I've been learning and mastering a way to make each of all my clients happy and satisfied. I know that every household and family are different and have different needs. Makelle is wonderful! She was very responsive both on Thumbtack and via text message, so friendly, and the cleaning job she did in my apartment is absolutely outstanding.
A few highlights: My baseboards, which had dirt/dust that I thought was stuck there forever, are now clean and white. The drip pans on the stove, which I was seriously planning on replacing (they were that awful) look incredible. My kitchen faucet looks brand new - like out of the box new - and I swear my kitchen floor is a lighter shade of brown. Even my terrible, needs-to-be-replaced bathroom sink looks amazing.
I also appreciate the little touches Makelle did, like folding the toilet paper into a flower and artfully arranging a pair of heels I had sitting on a box. She even took care of the recycling I'd forgotten to take on my way out. I truly feel that she cared about me and my home, and her work really reflects that. I will absolutely hire Makelle again!
