I have over 16 years experience in yoga.

Inner Healing with Kelly. I highly recommend it!!!!!! I have been working with Kelly for quite some time. She is consistently reliable, that's important because your wellness is, important. You need to practice wellness daily and she enables you to do that with Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and nutritional guidance. She is a humble expert in her practice and she takes the time to get to know you and what your wellness should look like. She is attentive to your specific needs and takes the time to develop a plan that is going to be in your best interest.
