- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for inquiring about "At Your Service." My rates are negotiable and are determined by the intensity of the task to be completed. However, my average rate is $35 an hour. Thanks again for your interest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to make phone/text contact with a potential new customer to discuss the extent of the the job and my organizing business. Setting up a meet and greet at the location of the job is a must to continue the process, as I will need to take notes and pictures while listening intently to the wants and needs of my customer. The job and date is agreed upon and At Your Service shows up on time with professional organizing magic!
