I'm a Reiki practitioner and angel medium with Honeyed Heart Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. As a Reiki practitioner, I am trained to channel this healing energy to the client to promote wellness, relieve pain, and reduce stress and anxiety. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive technique that works on multiple levels—physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental. I am trained in the traditional Usui Reiki method and am a Reiki Master (Level 3). I offer in-person and remote Reiki sessions, allowing you to receive healing in the comfort of your home. Before the session, I prepare a sacred container filled with light and healing energy for you. When the session begins, I will call you and guide you through a meditation to ground and connect your energy. While you are lying down or seated in a quiet, distraction-free space, I will send distance Reiki energy, scan your chakras, and direct healing energy to areas that would benefit from greater balance. At the end of the session, I will discuss the intuitive guidance I received, share messages from your angels, loved ones, and guides, and answer any questions you may have.

I was certified in level 1 reiki before the COVID19 pandemic, but it's been some time since I allowed a reiki practitioner to work on/with meit's a very vulnerable thing. I'm happy to say that Natasha at Honeyed Heart Reiki cultivated a relaxing and safe experience.TL;DR it was a special and healing experience in mind and body that I highly recommend. If you're budgeting towards anything to improve your wellness, this is 100% better than any massage or facial could be!The longer version:Before going to the session, I was provided thorough directions that made finding the building and office space within it simple and easy to manage. I arrived to be greeted by Natasha, who had a calm and relaxed presence. The room had a massage table with calming music and I was given the option of having fewer or more blankets depending on my comfort level. I immediately forgot that I was inside of an older office building and felt like I was at a secluded spa.Natasha asked me if I'd like to set an intention of one thing I'd like to release that day and one thing I'd like to take with me. I won't share what mine were here but I felt the format was approachable and I felt comfortable voicing them aloud to her. I hadn't expected being asked this but was surprised to already have an idea for each thing.Once I laid under the blankets, I was offered a weighted eye mask and Natasha got to work. I could feel the presence of her hands on my feet and ankles at first, and she moved throughout the session to areas like my knees, my neck, my shoulder, and at one point she cradled the back of my head. Sometimes I would still feel her hands on one area while I knew that she'd moved to another, because I felt them there also. She later explained to me that this is called "angel hands," which I thought was apropos.An anxious weight that'd been lodged in my chest dissipated. At times I felt energy release out my fingertips, causing the need to shake out my hands. In the past (before the pandemic) when I'd received reiki, the energy had exited out of my feet with shakes in my legs, so I hadn't expected the fingertips! But alas, times change things and energy moves, so it makes sense.By the time Natasha let me know the session was complete, I was sorry to hear thatI was so relaxed! I later found that my Oura ring registered a good amount of the session as a "nap" because of how restorative it was.Afterward, Natasha offered to sit and share with me what came through to her during our session. It became immediately clear to me that Natasha has a unique intuitive spiritual ability. She was able to tell me what came through to her from spirit and beyond and it specifically aligned with individuals in my life and things that had recently occurred, most of which she wasn't aware of and I'd not shared about beforehand.It was special to hear that added information and guidance after the reiki session because it helped add an emotional healing element to the physical element that the reiki had just provided.I'm looking forward to working with Natasha more, not only in-person but also with her virtual offerings.
