The two guys that helped us move were great! It was not an easy move up three flights of narrow stairs and a lot of boxes and they did it quickly within 1.5 hours! Saved me a ton of time and effort!

Sergei and his brother helped us pack and move our 2 BR apartment. From start to finish their professionalism, efficiency and dedication to our things were spot on!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rates with no hidden fees. The charge includes movers, equipped trucks, fuel, tolls, mileage, disassembly / reassembly of furniture, moving blankets and basic insurance coverage.
We have 2 hours minimum and 30 minutes travel time which applies to all moves in the Greater Boston area.
Long Distance - are charged on a flat rate based on the distance and the amount of items required to be moved.
No hidden fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to get to know the customer's needs and offer you the best experience using our professionally trained movers.
We also offer quotes at no charge, and free phone/email consultations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride offering the best customer service as I have a bachelor degree in Business and Administration.
We focus on hiring great people, giving them quality training and holding them to high standards.
All new employees are going through training in our warehouse for 2 weeks before they go assisting you with your relocation project.
