FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon meeting for a free consultation you'll be given a quote within 24 hours that clearly lays out all itemized expenses for your project. For larger projects we require deposits to cover a portion of labor cost and all of the material cost. We generally include a guarantee on our work which is job dependent and lasts for 1-3 years. If we underbid on a job we honor the pricing that we gave you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet or have a conversation over the phone to determine the scope of work, then after we are both on the same page about the project to be performed you will receive a quote by email within 24 hours. When you accept the quote we will schedule you in per your convenience accounting for any requirements on our end and then we will get right to it! At the end you'll given notice that the job has completed and an invoice will be sent to you by email which you can easily pay online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in contracting for nearly 10 years, running several different crews in both landscaping, painting, masonry, and carpentry. Our crews are experts in their own rights and we run different crews for painting than we do sod installation than we do masonry work. The people working on your project will have domain expertise in what they are doing and I offer a comfortable layer of customer service on top of their excellent work.
