David's plan was beautifully and thoroughly prepared. He submitted it for review very quickly after the soil test. (He engineered a new septic system for our home). He was responsive and courteous. His price was very competitive. Highly recommended

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Meet with client on-site to gain an understanding of the site as well as customer needs. 2) Craft a proposal and develop a path forward to deliver on client needs.. 3) Make arrangements and preparations to execute the project plan. 4) Meet with or discuss project details with client prior to submitting project plans to approving authorities. 5) Carry out project plan once the project is approved by municipal authorities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is as a civil engineer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the contractor reviews specifically what the contract includes and what is not included. Also, areas of potential overruns should be reviewed so that everybody has an understanding of the project and responsibilities.
