Pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, complexity, and equipment involved. I provide clear estimates up front with no surprise fees. Any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process: I listen to the customer’s needs, assess the space and equipment, recommend clear solutions with upfront pricing, schedule upon approval, complete a clean installation, test everything, and provide a walkthrough with follow-up support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No prior formal training. When something falls outside my expertise, I consult experienced professionals and apply due diligence to ensure the correct, reliable solution is delivered.
