Jon was exceptional in every way possible . Communication was great. He offered his services and waited for almost a month until I got the elliptical delivered and was in touch immediately after informing him that it was delivered . He set up an appointment to get it installed literally the next day I told him we got it . On installation day , he showed up right on time , installed it and cleaned up everything after and left the work space spotless and cut the boxes and foam to be ready for recycling. He even came back a few minutes after install to fix a slight issue that must’ve occurred with the elliptical during shipping and fixed it immediately! I definitely recommend his services and looking forward to having him do lots of small projects for us In the future !! Thanks very much
