- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable and cost effective pricing for both hourly and project based depending on the size of the jobs. All pricing is upfront with no hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact by via phone or email. Schedule appointment to meet and greet; provide quote (s) in full details for the scope of work; licenses and insurance is provided upon request If/when quote is accepted. We sign, agree on a start date, request for small deposit (if necessary, mostly on big jobs only) to secure materials (no up charge) and scheduled day (s) needed to complete work. Once work is completed to satisfactory, Invoice will be generated for remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military training and service; property management, Contractor supervising licenses, home improvement contractor licenses, and 20+ years of experience working with the general public and investors alike. working on getting lead and asbestos certified.
