My washing machine was not draining. I reached out to them and they were not only responsive, but we were able to chat and discuss the problem in detail and get a price range for the work. Once the tech arrived on time, they were also communicating with me remotely (it's a rental so I wasn't there) and worked with me through different solutions and very reasonable pricing. They are now in my Go To for work!

The H&M team quickly responded to my inquiry and scheduled a tech for dryer repair the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem, obtain a replacement part, and complete the repair two days later. I certainly will use them again for any future appliance repair needs.
