We have a Whirpool refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Haji from H&M Services staff was super professional and was flexible with our schedule. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and return our refrigerator to back to original condition. Talking to him we learned he is actually mechanical engineer by degree. This made us even feel better about knowing that we are good hands.
