We had Mateo and his team do a lot of work in our TV room. They removed two windows and an outside door, reframed a new window in an entirely new place, and rebuild the outside wall, including adding and painting new shingles to match the existing ones. Additionally, they added new inset lighting. I am in love with the end result. From the estimate to the execution, Mateo was phenomenal to work with - very up front, clear, and stayed within budget and schedule. The cost was absolutely reasonable. I will absolutely hire this team again when it's time to redo the kitchen!

Matt is an amazing communicator. He showed up when he said he would, sometimes even last minute when I asked him to. He texted or called me with updates and problems to solve. His team was respectful and very pleasant to work with. The quality of the work is very good. We renovated an 1850s apartment so there were lots of surprise issues we uncovered. Matt was proactive in finding solutions and collaborative in helping solve for these and finding workarounds to stay within budget. I am so thrilled with the end result. And would work with Matt again next time I have a project. Highly recommend Matt and his team.

I initially hired Matt Construction for some outdoor work on some garden sheds this summer. Seeing the improvement lead me to want many other things fixed in my home. What impressed me about the first job they did was Matt's willingness to listen to my vision of what I wanted done. He also considered my budget, giving me options and clearly explaining the pros and cons of every price point. I was also very happy with his very professional, highly skilled, hard working and friendly crew, and the attention to detail and clean up. My yard never looked like a war zone despite two sheds and two decks being demolished/repaired/rebuilt. They made sure the work site was always left in a safe condition (no debris, stray nails, or tripping hazards) The work they did in the house itself was the same. Clean and quick, with great courtesy toward the people in the house. Matt was always just call, text or email away. I was never in the dark. He answered any and all of my picky questions and "why did you do it that way" inquires with patience, taking time to explain what was probably obvious Construction 101 to him, but valuable new information to me. I'm now on my third project with Matt and know I can trust him and his crew to always do the right thing, never cut corners, and communicate everything I need to know. I would highly recommend Matt Construction to anyone who has a home project to be done.
