Rob said he would be here at 8AM and to the minute he arrived at 8AM. During the course of the washing I was asked to review and comment on each section of the house, not at the end of the job.

Robert soft washed our roof, which had some moss and lichen growth, he did a very thorough job, we did a walkthrough both before starting and after completion. He also educated me about the correct means of washing the roof without ruining the shingles. I will definitely hire him again for any future exterior power or soft washing projects.

Did excellent work. Also came back another day to do a dormer by hand because the wood shingles on it were in too bad a shape to use the power wash on, and had a lot of algae on it.
