In Your Defense Studios is a nexus of separately operated and owned self-defense facilities with a focus on personalized martial arts training. It is the first business in New England that provides completely one-on-one instructions.
Lessons are particularly developed with the student's necessities in mind. By concentrating on a single student at a time, both the instructor and the student are aspiring to achieve the same objective. Every student comes in with individual goals and hopes that are the focus of every lesson.
