Andrew did an excellent job installing our heat pumps.
When it turned out later the outdoor unit had issues, he came back promptly to diagnose the problem, coordinated with the vendor to get a replacement, and completed the installation properly. He even took care of arranging the return shipment of the defective unit. His professionalism and follow-through made what could have been a frustrating situation completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Though there is no enough heat, he explained to me that, because there is an external sensor, when there is severe coldness the heat will come up as it automatically adjust itself based on on the external coldness

I didn’t gave any heat and Andrew replaced perceptual heating AC system ! Was able to complete in an 8 hour day and explained the system to us and how it operated
