- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have different photo packages and with every package our clients have their own personal app for the photos they purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact over the phone. Seeing what they are looking for and getting a sense of their needs. I want to see it from their perspective and add my creativity to their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I am associated with PPA (Professional Photographers Association). I also take classes, seminars and online classes to broaden and learn my craft so I can be the best.
