- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on hourly lessons. My hourly rate is $50 at the golf course and $60 per hour at the indoor simulator in Auburn MA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I will ask some basic questions about their experience in golf and what they are looking to accomplish. I will start with some instruction and keep it simple for the student. I will do some video and give the student some easy tips to work with for their own practice sessions.
