- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer police, fire, EMS, first-responders and military personnel an additional discount as our way of saying thank you! We are willing to work with our customers to provide the best package for their budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk and exchange information, finding out what photo booth experience they are looking for, what they liked and disliked about the last photo booth they saw or were in. Our goal is to make this the best photo booth experience for our clients and the hole event! We work with each host to make sure the photo strip template is unique, and ties into their theme, event, colors or expression of themselves! We always recommend using our larger 4"x6" portrait format templates. This means larger graphic, more room for text, more of the attire, more people and more fun in each photo!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for two years and are continuously looking to learn from our customers as to what they want, need and desire for a great photo booth experience! Classic Selfies Photo Booth is always looking to grow and learn knew things in the industry. That is why we attended the Photo Booth Professional International Academy! we invested in our professional education on our business, customer relations and bringing only the best to each event!
