I needed rubber roof repair as an emergency due to water entering the house. We were able to work out issues that came along. They identified various repairs on the roof including rebuilding the roof access. They did a good job repairing the ceiling damage and painting it. I had them do some additional work on the flashing on the front decks, replaced rotted deck post and railings, and installed downspout.

Americans Real Home Inc were hired to replace an old exterior egress staircase and designed a code compliant deck and staircase and professionally handled all phases of construction. Carlos and crew were great. Definitely would hire again.

While they were bidding for the roof replacement, they met in person to explain what the process looks like and what the options are. They came prepared to show slides, samples, brought insurance docs proactively, etc. They were not the cheapest, but seemed like the most knowledgeable.
