- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Students receive semester invoices before their first lesson. They pay for lessons by check, PayPal, or credit card. If the student is not satisfied with lessons within two weeks, I offer 100% money back guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call, so I can learn more about the student and their goals. If we both feel like this is a good fit we set up a time and day for our first lessons.

My highest degree is Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Flute Performance
