I have had my own practice in Newton for 6 years and have been a licensed massage therapist for 10! I take the time to listen to my clients and their body, I work very deep in areas I feel need it, but I always do it at a pace my clients body lets me. As opposed to rushing and tearing through tense muscles with adhesions I instead, warm up muscle tissues then slowly sink into the muscle belly, leading a more myofascial approach technique!
My past extensive training has been deep tissue- trigger point and orthopedic focused- however is last year and a half I have been studying energy work as well and belive with my skills I can offer a vast range of massage session for my clients whether it be a deep tissue experience or a more relaxed grounding experience!
