From now on I will be reaching out to green flow for all of my HVAC and heating needs. I was told by another company that I would have to replace my whole unit, I’m a new home owner but something told me to get a second opinion. I am so grateful I did. The green flow team came when they said they would, educated me on my system and what to look out for, even fixed my door without me asking. They can improve by responding to their potential clients. I called Green Flow Solutions Atlanta to come out to give me an estimate on Monday October 13, 2025 for installation of a new HVAC system. They sent out a technician to inspect and never called or messaged me to provide an estimate on the cost to do the job. I sent three messages. They responded a week later after I messaged them and said they would send the estimate and I still haven’t heard a response and today is Friday October 24, 2025.
