From what my tenants stated, the service was great and the dryer vent has been fully cleaned and restored, allowing the dryer to work properly.
My issue is the dishonest business practice. I live in a condo building with several units that will probably have the same issue as my property in the near term. I told this to the company and was offered a referral price for my job. I reached out to my condo group but did not give all contact information for this company until the job was done. Once the job was complete and I wanted to pay, the price almost doubled! I paid the price since the job was done and I was being bombarded by messages, but very unhappy and decided not to continue with my referral to the condo building. Days later the company was still asking about my referral and I eventually replied and let them know I wouldn't be referring. The company then said fine and bragged that they already had someone reach out to them from the condo, so they got the referrals anyways... and I still did not get the referral price.. I assume someone in the condo went to my tenants for the information, but what to do. I started the referral process, but did not get the promised discount. Very dishonest and very rude at the end with the bragging they got work anyways (that I helped them get). Oh well.
