Big Cat was great to work with. We had an unexpected surprise when tiles were removed and there was an additional subfloor underneath, which none of knew about. I am glad they still finished the job and we weren't left hanging to figure out on our own as it was a surprise for us as well. It took longer than expcted to finish the job but its something none of us saw coming. I am so glad we hired them for this.
