Overcharged me to replace a capacitor ($400). Didn’t put his diagnosis fee towards repair. Would not use again.

The cost of the repair was communicated before the work was completed and included the capacitor replacement, labor, and service involved in completing the repair. The diagnostic/service fee is a separate charge for the time spent evaluating and troubleshooting the system and was not represented as being waived with a repair. I appreciate your business and will use your feedback to make pricing and fee policies even clearer for future customers.

believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Customers receive a clear estimate before work begins. I also offer competitive rates, maintenance services, and discounts for multiple systems serviced during the same visit whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering information about the issue. Next, I perform a thorough inspection and diagnostic, explain my findings in simple terms, and provide pricing before any work begins. Once approved, I complete the repair or maintenance, test the system to ensure everything is working properly, and answer any questions before leaving
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional HVAC training along with EPA certification to safely handle refrigerants. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training and hands on experience with heating, cooling, ventilation, mini-splits, thermostats, boilers, furnaces, generators, and indoor air quality systems.
