As a type 2 diabetic, before starting this program my blood sugars were out of control and I was overweight . Now almost 4 months in I have lost 31 pounds, but most importantly my blood sugars are exactly where they should be, I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful coach Susan Colgan

Susan has an incredible positive attitude! That is very helpful when my own may not be! She’s very knowledgeable about the program, but if there happens to be something she’s unsure of, works tirelessly to find an answer! A pleasure to have as my coach!

Susan has been with me from the start. My weight fluctuated, I either list alot of weight or gained a lot. I also had trouble with acid reflux. Susan helped me to maintain a healthy weight and the reflux is gone.
