We hired orion for putting up sheetrock in our basement. Ian and Josh made the process really easy (very good at replying to emails and keeping you informed). Everything was completed in the time frame that they estimated and seamless. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend. (And plan on using them again on other projects).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is completely dependent on an individual basis. No project is exactly the same. Materials may be different or change in price, labor may cost more because there is more preparation needed for ‘said’ project, a plethora of variables
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first meet I listen to all of the potential needs of the prospective client. Once we’ve established a scope of work, I typically ask them what their expectations are, and what their budget is so that we have an idea how to best help them. I will also point out any areas for the proposed project where we will do it the right way, giving a simple break down (for example caulking trim in and around windows before we paint, etc.)
