Rejane's Cleaning Service, offers 10% off discount on weekly cleaning and 5% on Bi-weekly cleaning for new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the necessities of the client, details and intructions. We make a pre-budget/estimate, and schedule the cleaning. If once at the client's house, the price agreed does not fairly match the project, for both the customer and the company, readjusment will be again discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over time, Rejane has provided many services on the cleaning area. Also has taken training/courses about how to clean certain spaces and how to use the right products in certain surffaces as marble countertop, wood cabinets, copper sink, etc.
