I am a business that requested a deep clean for my facility (food preparation). I have to be extra sanitary because I deal with food and while there were some less expensive alternatives, I like the fact that Washem is local and has a solid reputation. My hunch proved correct - excellent, on time work. Most importantly, you can tell that the cleaners have proper training and speak adequate English - which make easier to communicate with them. I would and will use them again. Money well spent.
