Over the years, I've worked with a number of coaches and advisors, valuable resources for anyone looking to get the most out of oneself or one's employees. I've now been a client of Mark's for nearly a year and Mark stands out as the best coach with whom I've ever worked.
Mark has both a direct yet supportive style (a rare combination), and is superb at helping me understand "why" he's recommending what he is. Mark also has a very sharp, quick mind that allows him to synthesize, in real time, what he's hearing, ask clarifying questions, and recommend insightful options. On a number of occasions, I've come to Mark with tricky situations and either Mark's already been there, or he listens carefully and helps me devise a unique solution.
Mark's strongest skills are communication, speaking, and relating to/with people. Mark has an innate way of knowing the best way to connect with employees, customers, and other stakeholders to maximize relationships. As a business owner, I've come to appreciate that the business world operates on relationships - not products or solutions. Mark has helped me tremendously in this area.
Mark is the real deal - he'll do what he says and I am certain he can help with any issue you're facing. If you're even considering coaching, I strongly encourage you to at least give Mark a shot, you won't be disappointed and you'll get more out of it than you might have imagined possible.

Mark lives what he teaches and that has been very inspiring to me as we've worked together. He is an excellent communicator, so he leads and coaches by example, which I really respond to. He has a firm understanding of the growth mindset and his enthusiasm and expertise in this area could be what has helped me most. I had developed some bad habits in my professional life, but listening to Mark speak and having him attend to my unique professional challenges has had an immediate positive impact on me both professionally and personally.
