Here at Next Level Personal Training we specialize in weight loss, firming and toning, strength, endurance, corrective exercise (working with injuries, joint pain, limitations, etc), and of course nutrition. We are a private training studio and pride ourselves in being the best in the area. We have the experience of training many different clients with various fitness goals and we make sure each client gets the program and training needed to get them to succeed. We've only had a few sessions but I know I picked the right trainer! Joe is knowledgeable about every posture and pose to make sure you're doing the moves properly. He even gives background as to why our body is acting a certain way and how to fix it. I thought I was just getting an in home trainer with Joe, but he also helped me restructure my diet, has sent day off routines and stretches, along with letting me text or call with questions throughout the week. You will not find a better, more personable, or thorough trainer anywhere! Please feel free to contact me for further details or a reference.

In the 2 years I have been training with Joe he has helped me reach multiple goals. Joe is very knowledgeable and has created workout plans and nutrition guidelines for me to follow to maximize my results. In addition, Joe has shown to be attentive and responsive to not only my needs but to other clients needs as well. Whether it is during a private session or group training he always takes the time to make sure his clients feel comfortable. Joe is extremely dedicated to his profession and works very hard and this shows in his training sessions.

I’ve been training with Joe for almost 4 months. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session. The thing I love about the group sessions is the variety of different exercises and the passion Joe puts into each and every class. I also signed up for a personal one-on-one session as well once a week.
Joe is very knowledgeable not only in fitness but also on working around past injuries and on what muscles to focus on with certain stretches and exercises to work around those injuries. He also will make sure that my technique is correct to avoid any future injuries.
Joe makes every session challenging and believe it or not, fun! I look forward to going to each class and always leave with a smile on my face and feeling great! I also have noticed that my fitness has increased tremendously and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete certain exercises, lift heavier weights and push myself harder throughout each session.
I would highly recommend Next Level Personal Training!

If you are looking for a trainer who will push you, believe in you, cheer you on, challenge you, and get you to give it your all- look no further. I’ve been training with Joe since March and starting was the best decision I made for myself. I started with his one-on-one sessions and then I started coming to his small group class twice a week. I’ve seen huge gains in my endurance, strength, balance, and overall fitness. My posture is improving, I have more energy, I’m losing fat, gaining muscle, and I now look forward to working out! Joe is passionate about fitness and helping his clients and very knowledgeable about form, posture, stretching, and working with limitations from previous injuries. Joe makes working out fun, is genuinely caring and supportive, and puts everyone at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend to Joe and Next Level Personal Training to a friend!

Justin is the man. Spells it out for you and doesn’t beat around the bush. Tough to find trainers like that in today’s world. Would highly recommend reaching out to him. I’m a former professional athlete and Justin’s program kicked my ass.
