Hi! I’m Vahid, owner and personal trainer at Trybe Fytness in Westborough, MA. I began my career in 2013 with the National Personal Training Institute in Massachusetts and earned my CPT through NASM. Since then, I’ve continued to build my education with specialty certifications including Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Kettlebell Specialty (NPTI), Precision Nutrition Coach, and most recently Level 2 Certified Functional Strength Coach through Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. Over the past 13 years, I’ve intentionally worked in a wide range of environments to become a well-rounded coach—big box gyms like Boston Sports Clubs in Watertown and Anytime Fitness in Seattle, small studios such as Fitness Together in Cambridge, a boutique studio in San Francisco, and even running my own in-home personal training business in Greater Boston. Along the way, I also served as General Manager of multiple Anytime Fitness locations in Seattle. After four years in that dual role, I moved back to Massachusetts to open Trybe Fytness with my brother. Today, I’m back where I started—fully focused on coaching in a facility built specifically for high-quality training. I’ve worked with teens, seniors, athletes, parents, and everyone in between. No matter the population, my approach is always individualized and intentional. Every program I write is built around strength, conditioning, mobility, and long-term health. My clients can expect thoughtful coaching, accountability, and a results-driven plan designed around their goals.

I have worked with a lot of personal trainers over the years, and Vahid is one of the best. He is always punctual, professional and pleasant to train with. He creates individualized work out plans and really focuses on your goals. When he's training with you, he gives you 100% of his focus (vs. trainers I've had in the past that would be on their phones or be distracted, which always really bothered me!). He always pushes me just the right amount so that I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier, but in a safe way. I even increased my workouts with Vahid from once to twice a week because I really liked the results I was getting. I definitely recommend him no matter what your goals are or what your current fitness level is!

I worked with Vahid for about 1 year. He would come to my house with all of his exercise equipment and we would train right in my living room. It couldn't have been more convenient. His emphasis on corrective exercise initially was a huge bonus, as I was mostly concerned with weight loss to start but he helped me cure my nagging back pain. He always made exercise fun and I lost about 15 pounds. If I didn't move to Chicago I would still train with him!I

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process always starts with a free one-hour consult and workout. For me to train someone well, I need to understand them first. We begin with a conversation about goals, past experience, injuries, limitations, and anything else that’s relevant. This helps me understand not just what you want to achieve, but how you move and what might be standing in your way. From there, I’ll take you through a guided workout. It’s designed to be fun, effective, and approachable—but it also serves as a baseline assessment. I’m watching how you move, how you respond to cues, and where your strengths and gaps are. Together, the consult and workout give me everything I need to create a program that’s designed for you. You walk away having had a great session, and I walk away with the information needed to build a thoughtful, results-driven plan that fits your body and your goals.
