When we woke up to a few inches of water standing in our first floor bath and pouring through the finished ceiling below, our plumber told us to call Northest. They came fast, documented damage for our insurer, cleared out soaked furniture and carpet, cut away soaked drywall, and set up the fans. Happy to say we had no mold. They're the best!

We called Tom with a project we needed done asap, he came out right away to give a quote and was in our home the next day. A week later we uncovered a new problem and we called him right away and he came that day at 5pm. We would 100% recommend them. Also both gentleman he brought with him were very nice and helpful.

We worked with Northeast Water Remediation 2 times. The first time Tom and his crew dried our home from ice dams. They removed wet dry wall, insulation and replace it. They painted the rooms and left my home clean. We also had an emergency when our drain backed-up overflowing into our finished basement. They responded quickly, worked with my insurance company, and gave me "peace of mind" by sanitizing my family room. Tom is my go to man for emergency repairs

Our Senior Center had a sewage back up in our dirt floor cellar, Northeast Water remediation, came right away and sprayed a safe nontoxic chemical to kill any mold and bacteria that might grow there. We were able to open the next day without compromiseing our Seniors health. They are reasonably priced, and called back to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Es la primera vez que escribo un comentario. la razon por que doy 5 estrellas es porque he tenido un servicio tecnico profesional de esta compania, llame a Northeast Water remediation por referencia de un familiar y yo estaba muy preucupado porque se habia salido el agua sucia del toilet y cuando ellos llegaron hecieron todo lo que se tenia que hacer y fueron muy cuidadosos con la limpieza y sobre todo protegernos a nosostros sobre cualquier contaco con bacteria del agua sucia , sin mas palabras no dudaria en reconmendar a esta compania a otras personas que estan en una situacion desagradable. Gracias Northeast Water Remediation, por ayuda profecional.
