- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple and stress-free. You can book online 24/7 We confirm your order, collect a deposit to secure your date, and send you all the details in writing. A few days before your event we call to confirm your delivery window. We arrive, set everything up professionally, and you focus on your party. The morning after your event we return for pickup — you don't have to do a thing. We've been doing this for 20+ years so we've worked out every detail to make the process as easy as possible for our customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed with the Massachusetts Office of Public Safety and Inspections (OPSI) — the state's official certification for inflatable amusement operators. This is one of the highest safety standards in the Massachusetts party rental industry and we are one of very few companies in Western MA that holds this certification. All of our staff undergo CORI background checks. Our delivery crew is trained in professional setup, anchoring, and safety protocols for every piece of equipment we operate. We also maintain commercial-grade sanitation procedures and conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure everything meets safety standards
