- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type and size of the project. Small repairs are often priced hourly, while larger projects are quoted with a fixed price. I always try to keep pricing fair and transparent. I provide estimates before starting any work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I talk with the customer to understand the project and look at photos if available. If needed, I schedule a visit to see the work in person and provide an estimate. Once we agree on the scope and price, we schedule the job and complete the work efficiently and cleanly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in home improvement and handyman services including drywall repair, painting, trim work, flooring, door installation and general repairs. I focus on quality work, attention to detail and making sure the job is done properly.
