- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For example, the following factors bear on my pricing and policies: special requests, how soon is your event, length of time for which my services are needed, equipment needed and provided, nature of venue (public, corporate, or private, etc.), and distance to your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective customers communicate with me on Thumbtack and elaborate a bit on what they are looking for. After a follow-up conversation via telephone, we confirm details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music at Cornell University, Mannes College of Music and Hunter College. In addition, my professional performance experience spans well over a decade of singing and playing music on many public stages between New York and Massachusetts, in addition to recording on albums.
