I can't recommend Mike highly enough. Mike Kikpatrick is old school. He is courteous, fair, thorough and very down to earth. His bid was the second lowest of the six I received, but close enough to the lowest that I hired him because I trusted and liked him as a person. I had two complete AC systems installed (both the outside compressor and the inside air handler). He always showed up within 5 minutes of when he said he would. If he was any later than that (once a supplier was out of what he needed so he had to go to a second supplier), he called or emailed to update me on his ETA. He did not take any shortcuts. When there were a couple parts that needed replacing, he didn't charge extra for them. When he ran into a couple surprises and things took longer than he expected, he kept at it and didn't charge extra. He charges for the job. He was flexible when I wanted him to do additional work. He personally supervises or does all the work himself. He has decades of experience and knows what he's doing. He gives good advice, but is open to your suggestions. He doesn't try to talk you into things you don't need. He's very responsible, trustworthy and respectful of your property. I plan to use him for service and any future HVAC needs. I can't think of a single thing he could have done any better.

We hired Mike and his team to install Central A/C in our 100-year-old house. (Disclaimer: The work was completed in March so we haven't had the chance to actually use the A/C). We got quotes from four contractors. One of the reasons we hired Mike was his responsiveness to our questions from the start and he remained responsive throughout the process. His guys were prompt and professional. They did a great job installing everything and moreover did a good job cleaning up the attic and the basement afterward. Mike came to the house almost every day to supervise the job, took the time to explain his decisions and recommendations, and was patient in answering our questions. Any time you have massive work done on your house, it's a stressful experience. You are worried about the workers breaking your house and unexpected situations that will cost you more money. Mike and his guys did a great job and showed incredible professionalism beyond what's expected of them. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team are wonderful. He came on time for the quote. I received his proposal on the same day with very competitive price. I immediately hired him to do the work. The work includes removing the oil tank, the old oil furnace and install a new gas furnace. From start to finish only took only one and half days. There were total of 6-7 people came on the first day, and they remove the old furnace, tank and pipe very swiftly. On the second day, they connect the duck and install the new furnace and have it up and running in a few hours. They are as reliable and professional as you can wish for. I highly recommend Mike and his team!k
