- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every client is unique and has different needs so I am constantly reading and educating myself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After having my son I really let myself go when I got away from fitness. I became very overweight, not to mention severely depressed and anxiety ridden. One day I had had enough and wanted to be the fit, energetic, Dad my son deserved. I got back in the gym and really educated myself on fitness and clean eating. As I continued to transform my body, my mind went with it. The anxiety went away and I became thee happy father I had believed I could be. It has been a life saving transformation for me and I want to pass on what I have learned to help others do the same.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Functional fitness training. Most people are not looking to become elite athletes. They just want to improve their lives by increasing their mobility, strength, and flexibility.
