I could have picked out all five: work quality; professionalism; responsiveness; punctuality and value. Nellie has them all! I have seen a shot of the finished product (and this was a difficult job to do, as far as I was concerned!) and it is unbelievably good! All that’s left now is for me to tell her how many prints I want. And they will be finished up quickly, as she has told me. I am going to use her services again to make copies of other photos that I have. She is terrific, and very personable. It has been fun and exciting to work with her!
