Welcome to DP Custom Homes & Renovations !
Before contacting us, please take a moment to review the following:
We dedicate time, resources, and attention to every potential project — so we kindly ask that you only reach out if:
• Your budget is above $5,000 – we currently specialize in mid to large-scale renovations.
• You’re serious about moving forward, not just comparing prices.
• You plan to start the project within the next 6 months.
• You value quality, reliability, and professionalism over simply finding the lowest price.
At DP Custom Homes & Renovations, we’ve earned the trust of dozens of clients — backed by 70+ verified reviews — by focusing on clear communication, honesty, and consistent results.
We don’t use “quality” as a buzzword — we consider it our baseline standard.
We are fully licensed (HIC and CSL), insured (General Liability and Workers’ Comp), and our team is OSHA and Lead Safety certified, ensuring your home and family are in good hands.
Our prices reflect the structure, protection, and peace of mind we bring to every project — never the cheapest, but always fair and professional.

I can't say enough good things about David and his team! After getting two references that did not work out I googled and found David. He came over and gave us a quote for 2 bathrooms that was very reasonable and a start date that was not 6 months out like others. He was awesome! Always answering my text and calls. Helping me with questions and time-frames. We had Marco working on the bathrooms and he was great! Awesome work and arrived on the dot every morning! He did great work! He was even good with my kids and dog running around him. I feel so lucky that everything worked out so well! I would definitely recommend them!
