Joan D. from Attleboro, MA. I had attic mold. I called Steven with New England Property Services Group after experiences with 2 roofers and 2 mold companies. Both roofers wanted to remove half of my roof and replace it. Both mold companies sent young representatives, kind, but without much experience. Their job was to get the contract signed, they showed pictures from previous jobs the company contracted with, but were not able to adequately answer my questions. Steven was the third mold person to come to our home. He was the only one who was happy to have us follow him into the attic so he could better explain the possible causes of the mold and how to satisfactory treat the attic. He was never in a hurry, gave us all the time to answer all of our concerns. His team arrived on time, cleaned up when finished and overall did a good job. Recently, I was having a bathroom remodeled and with demolition, mold was found on an outside wall. I called Steve, he came the next day to evaluate and treat. Very satisfied with New England Property Services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide Free & No Obligation Inspections of your property and are more than happy to spend as much time as needed at your property going over your concerns. You are welcomed to accompany us during our inspection and to ask questions before, during, and after our inspection. Our goal is to provide an unparalleled experience and value that promotes a long term working relationship that will ultimately lead to your warm recommendations to family, friends, and anyone else you may know looking for someone to assist them with any of the services we can provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education on a variety of topics are completed on a continuing basis, which includes but is not limited to, mold, moisture, water, smoke, and soot damage, as well as roofing repairs along with attic and basement remediation processes. *Steven Ceceri has the following Certifications as of December 2016: -Certified Commercial Mold Inspector (CCMI0000029789) -Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI0000029788) -Certified Mold Remediator (CMR0000029795) * The above Certifications were obtained through The Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII)
