- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Customer Should know that my Word is my Oath,if we say we'll be there ,then we will be there,once we start and pick a Date then we will be there until we finish,and not Skipping off to another job.We do not do that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is Communication, That's Key,Always Explain Everything we will be doing and Continue that Process to Keep every Customer Happy and Informed in what we Do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 4 Years as an Apprentice with a fully Qualified Plastering Company in Ireland
